French Toast

INGREDIENTS:

1 Package of French Sliced Bread
4 Eggs
1/2 Tbsp of ground cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp of sugar
1 Tbsp of milk
Butter

PREPARATION:

1.- Beat eggs for about 2 minutes with a Fork. Add milk and beat until mixed. Add sugar and cinnamon and beat for about 1 minute. It is best if you use a dish that is deep enough to not spill and long enough to fit perfectly the slices of bread.

2.- In medium heat place a large skillet with butter and try covering its entirety with the melted butter. While the butter is melting place a each slice of bread in the mix so it is covered with the egg mixture and then turn over to cover the other side.

3.- Cook each side of the bread for 2 minutes. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each slice of bread.

Adventure Mom Tip: This recipe serves 5 people.

You can serve sausage or bacon to go along with the french toast and you can also sprinkle some powdered sugar on top.
