Steak!... T-bone for dinner with healthy sides mmmm!

INGREDIENTS:

4 T-Bone Steaks (ask for the ones that are cut thin)
Lawry's Seasoned Salt

PREPARATION:

1.- Sprinkle on each side of each steak Lawry's Seasoned Salt to taste, I did it to cover about 80% on each side. Place in a dish and place inside the refrigerator for about 45 minutes.

2.- After 40 minutes of the meat in the refrigerator turn on the grill and set to medium-high heat.

3.- Place each steak allowing space between them and cook on medium-low heat for 1.5 - 2 minutes per side. Do not overcook. This will allow the meat to cook entirely.

Enjoy with a baked potato and some grilled fresh veggies!

Beef cut up into little bites for my kids.
GRILLED VEGGIES

INGREDIENTS:

2 Large green Zucchini's (cut in half)
1 Large red bell pepper (cut into fourths)
1 Medium sized yellow onion (cut into fourths)
1 Large green bell pepper (cut into fourths)
1/2 tsp sea salt finely grated
1 - 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder

PREPARATION:

1.- Place all the veggies on a baking sheet where there are all evenly spread and separated.

2.- Sprinkle salt, garlic powder and drizzle extra virgin olive oil. Let stand for about 10 minutes so that the veggies absorb all the flavors.

3.- Place on the grill on low heat for about 3 - 5 minutes on each side. Make sure you check on them frequently (as each grills heat is different).

Enjoy!

*Our baked potato due to timing was cooked in the microwave, ours has a specific setting for potato and we just washed them with a brush and pat dried, then poked several holes with a fork all around. We served ours with sour cream, but plain yogurt tastes good too and sprinkled some crushed black pepper.
